There\u2019s no need to worry even if you\u2019re not very familiar with authentic hot pot.<br>The staff kindly assist with everything from soup selection to ingredient and dipping sauce combinations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Another impressive aspect was the sauce bar for choosing dipping sauces.<br>Though initially overwhelming due to the variety, the staff created their recommended &#8220;dipping sauce&#8221; for me. It was a balanced flavor of sesame oil, garlic, red chili, oyster sauce, soy sauce, Chinese black vinegar, green onions, and white pepper, which paired wonderfully with the meat.<br>It seems that each staff member has their own unique original dipping sauce, so asking about their recommendations could be a good idea. The drink menu is also abundant here.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The interior is equipped with private booths and rooms, making it ideal for family meals or gatherings with friends.
