Based on the belief that “freshness is everything,” we are committed to hand-wrapping each gyoza in-house with great care to preserve the flavor of the ingredients. Our gyoza offer a perfect combination of a “crispy texture” and a “juicy interior.”
We also care about “baking and texture,” pursuing the ideal balance between a fragrant crispy surface, crispy texture, and the chewy bite of the unbaked parts, combined with juicy filling.
“Authentic Taste of Japan,” we use a secret recipe passed down from Osaka. Our filling features flavorful pork and sweet cabbage.

I am a huge fan of Osaka Ohsho’s Tianjin Rice!
It has an incredibly simple flavor, with fluffy eggs and rice covered in a generous amount of sauce.
It is customary to enjoy it with gyoza. Tianjin Rice is 170 Baht, and two servings of gyoza are 220 Baht!
This is my “ultimate” way of enjoying it. Gyoza can be customized with vinegar, pepper, chili oil, and dipping sauce to suit your preference!
